The origin of this school was blessed and humbly recognized by our Lord Jesus Christ. The name itself derives that people who thought about it were inspired by the Holy Ghost, because it signifies a Holy place with great protection and safety without any harm from the enemies
Thus the school is safe. As a sanctuary for children who are learning with us.
The school is situated in a valley at the back of Gospel Revival Centre Church in Riruta Satellite .Its grounds were provided by the church. It started in 2005 with eight children starting from baby class up to standard four. The school had a head teacher, one teacher and a cook. Since then God has blessed us with and showered His mercies and up to now the school has seventy eight children and we have added five teachers, who we are working together with to promote the standard of education of the children who come from the neighbouring community.
The teaching staff is highly qualified with three of them holding diplomas in education and others Certificates in education.
The school is admired by many due to the quality of education being offered.
The school provides education at a cheap price because most of the parents are of low income and thus they cannot afford to pay, Hence believing God for a sponsor for currently the church has been standing in the gap.
The neighbouring schools wonder what we offer to our children, thus coming to seek for advice from our school in order to up bring the standards of their schools to our level.The answer that we give them is to put God and knowledge first because he is the provider of everything.
We are happy that our school is under a powerful church that changes the lives of its faithfuls, thus also making the school to operate with a Christian background because the children are taught the word of God every day.
Special regards go to our pastor Rev. Kennedy Kamau who initiated the school. He thought for a while and God showed him that children should be assisted for God says “Let young children come to me for the kingdom of the Lord is theirs” the church board will also not be forgotten because had it not been for their prayers and acceptance of the idea of starting a school, pastor would not have been able to do it alone.
We also remember the parents for their financial support and accepting to bring their children into the place of sanctuary for them to be educated in a harmless environment.
The school is promising to continue supporting the life of our pupils in all corners of life, whether spiritually, materially or academically for it to produce elites and good future leaders who can be admired by many.
As God takes us to another level, we are trusting in Him to get us willing sponsors to help the school meet its objectives and minister to the desperate needy cases. The school is in need of 3 acre of land to build classrooms and a playground for the children.
