MEN’S MINISTRY
Men are creatures of power.They are creatures of dignity. All G.R.C men have their own fellowship called Kingsmind fellowship which meets its members on every 3rd Sunday of every month. In the fellowship we usually have two major sessions.
The first session is the spiritual nourishment where we have praise and worship, a powerful word from the lord and testimonies, prayers for one another and counseling if need be.
The second session is of any other business where members in conjunction with other office bearers talk on things the group can be involved in so as to lift one another.This may be on various aspects finance, group projects or even investments.
The group is officially registered with the government and has an official Registration certificate .
It has all office bearers who are elected after every two years these are:
- Patron (Pastor)
- The chairman
- Secretary
- Ass. Secretary
- Treasurer
- Discipline Master
- Projects Manager
- Functional Fellowship coordinator
The pastor (Patron who oversees the smoothness, progress, growth, achievements, counseling and encouragement to the group).
The group is now around three years old and has a membership of 100 men. The group holds a Sunday service once a year where men are involved in all service activities.
They usually take one church project a year where they participate in the physical growth of the church.
The group has also its own account operated under the close observation of the officials.
The fellowship has really helped many men. This is especially witnessed when need arises and when unity of purpose and achievement is required.
The young men who marry in holy matrimony and graduate from the youth also enjoy the benefit of joining a well caring group that is ready to receive and help them grow.
There are also retreats that are organized periodically, games, open talks and future vision is shared in a wonderful and lovely fellowship.
