CHURCH DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (CDC)
CHURCH DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (CDC)
These are development oriented group. It is composed of 20 members these are:-The office bearers are
- Chairman
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Their assistants
They are knowledgeable people on building skills, planning, construction and developments. They usually meet at least once or twice a month to see what needs to be done, where and when.
They always come up with methods of raising the required amount and then have a meeting with the pastor and the board to shed the light.
With the good will and support of the board and the entire church, they progress until their objective is achieved.
If God gives the pastor a vision that is touching on this area, he usually shares with them and the way forward is shared and discussed. These are like Hiram of the Bible who helped King David to build a house for God and later a house for David. God wants every gift and talent to be utilized for his own glory and for the expansion of his kingdom .Do not allow your talent to become rusty and loose meaning, let it serve the Lord for in due time he will reward you.
